The Commercial Appeal wants the right to fire everyone and outsource every job to India or to low-wage workers in Memphis or in other states. To understand why that matters, meet Anne Griffin.

Executives with The Commercial Appeal's parent company are earning less than they did before the recession, but still take home big paychecks.

The company is signaling its intention to outsource an unlimited number of jobs at The Commercial Appeal to cheaper workers in India or wherever else it can find them.
